Where is feedback located?

I've seen on some posts that people have received feedback.  Is that on the profile somewhere or is it a thread of some kind?  Also, is this the same as trust?

It's the 'Trust' score, it's visible in Marketplace posts, and you can click the user's nickname and check their feedback any time.
