Proof of whatever

Hey guys! Aren't u tired of offering different proofs-of-whatever? I am tired to read about it, so I'd like to point that proof-of-work is used to reach consensus in the distributed network called Bitcoin, not to make life of miners easier. If I were u I would pay attention to other algos, without "proof" in their names...
