Why not to try moneybookers or alertpay?

I just open account but for full functionality they need scancopy of my passport and proof of address. Without this steps my limits for sending/receiving is 300/0 euro. So I think for most people on this forum this will be unacceptable.

Well alertpay still has chargebacks. so it will run into the same issue with stolen credit cards.

@Valerius. I can't agree with you about moneybokers I and some of my friends using them for more then 2 years now and completely satisfied. They really have no chargebacks.

People, what do you think about perfectmoney?
@MtGox why you can't combine on your site several alternative possibilities for deposits/withdrawals?
Is it difficult to implement? I hope bitcoin community will help with programming/donations.
(I personally can be a donor).
