Has anyone else had problems with the Mac OS X client lately?  My client keeps not getting connections and downloading the blockchain.

I transferred my wallet to a windows box and completely wiped the client's application and data from my Mac then reinstalled and a fresh install worked with downloading the block chain so I sent sent the bitcoins to my Mac's new address which it received but again later it stopped getting connections on the Mac and stopped updating the block chain again.

Is there something I can do like update the seed list?  I noticed the Mac client is lagging one version behind the other clients could this have something to do with it?

Close the client, open terminal and run:
Code:
cd /Applications/
Code:
Bitcoin.app/contents/macos/bitcoin -addnode=69.164.218.197 -addnode=64.22.103.150 -addnode=173.242.112.53 -addnode=178.79.147.99 -addnode=184.106.111.41 -addnode=91.85.220.84 -addnode=173.224.125.222 -addnode=86.5.50.90

So this worked for me last time, and now it is not working, I try it and it downloads 1 or 2 more blocks, but not the whole blockchain.

How many blocks are you at?  Did you erase your blkindex.dat file to make it download the entire chain again?

I've got them now, I don't know what the problem was, program kept stalling.  I would quit and restart and get 1 or 2 more, and then nothing.  Even if I left it running forever.  Finally it fixed itself.
