If you take a little closer look at the trust score, you can see that it's basically regarding his website and how he's selling cracked accounts. Plus, it's always possible to use a forum escrow; this kind of deal should be smooth with a good escrow if you get paid with bitcoin.

if the only restriction on premium seller section threads is having leet membership, why not just buy one ? It would cost you less

I believe that both ubers and leets can make posts there, the only one who can't are non upgraded members (free accounts)

he is a scam person..

You should open up scam report thread then, or at the least leave trust report explaining the scam in short.
Don't get why people don't use escrow when dealing with untrusted members, it would protect you from losing your time invested.
