Bleachedno is a SCAMMER

Scammed by bleachedno, account was changed so cant log in, (probably using his phone number), left negative feedback, left a post on his self moderated thread and it was deleted. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1414334.0

bought from him on Skype (now I know never to do this again) and when I requested refund because account didn't work he got abusive and blocked.

Bought Netflix from his post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1414334.0, worked a treat on 1st April, contacted via Skype (my own naivety)and bought other 'subs' from him on 2nd April. none of them worked, when I requested refund he used delay tactics until I said I would report the scam and his reply was abusive and blocked me on Skype. I posted on his un moderated thread to warn others but it was deleted, BTW the Netflix no longer works.

I know it was my naivety and didn't realise just how many scammers are on this board but hopefully others will not fall into the same trap as I did. Looking at the post below there may be a resolution, I will update this thread if this happens.

they are still reversible. hack claims or credit card fraud can do the job. however I have no experience of that so you'll have to learn from a better source.

The solution 'offered' by Bleachedno was that I remove my negative feedback so he can sell for 2-3 days and refund me after this, I have not done this.

In the interest of closing this out I was prepared to accept a reduced amount via immediate refund but Bleachedno would not entertain this resolution.

It looks like bleachedno already had a couple of reds before the scam unless the OP's deal was a week ago.

As for PP, what you're suggesting is technically fraud, PP has IP addresses/cookies/other stuff from before and after the alleged "hack", two wrongs don't make it right etc etc. Just a note to the OP to consider if it's worth the risk.

Thanks for all the advice, I have emailed paypal saying I paid by gift by mistake, rather try and say it was hacked.....

thats true, calling them telling them "well i was scammed on some fancy forum and send money even i know i shouldnt have" wont work thats why i suggested this. if you are good in dealing with people you can try to get it solved with support, but requires some skill.

Like whywefight said you can try to call paypal and make some unauthorised claim still i would not recommend doing this paypal is not dump they can check who loged in what browser was used cookied ip's and more features that we may not know. the best try is to be honest and just tell them he forced or tricked you to send the payment as gift you will have a better chance if you are honest to them

well i decided not to explain what in detail i would say, but one can imagine what to say to get this resolved. tbh i would save this one shot if its about a large sum. from my exp pp is pretty customer friendly if you dont tell them it is about BTC. its a just saying post

It's not that hard to use the inspect element, change a few things and take a screenshot.
