Yep.  Bankroll management is probably the single most important aspect to consider and master if one decides to gamble.  It's smart for gamblers to learn, and strictly adhere to, a well understood bankroll management scheme.  There are some excellent methods out there for those who search for them but they're not effective if they're not followed thru with consistently.  The Kelly Criterion is a popular bankroll management system....but there are others which are all basically similar.

Yeah I agree but the focus should be a little bit more on the having fun because that way you can get away with more and control your emotions better in case things don't go right and you will be able to get on track eventually

well yeah, i used to play only for profit too and it was a bad decision to make because i have lost money

there's so many people that had made the same decision including me to be honest i thought that it would be easy to make a profit from gambling but what happened is i got bankrupted . we all made a bad decision at the first time but if we are going to make it again at the second time we are stupid enough .

There are ways to gamble with the smart way in my opinion.
example of a gamble with a smart way is you playing with free money and never put your own money for gambling. When you can win with a large amount of free money, you are very smart and when lose it doesn't matter even if you are greedy because it is free money.

free money means wasting money you did not understand it?
you can do something more productive rather than just doing useless gamble using free money ,

That must be a practical approach. When we are not successful with gambling for making profits out of it, we need to be so smart to change out motivation.
