Interesting article.  Explains more to those that question why Microsoft is doing this.  Exciting that it is thought of as a testing ground for blockchain services.  I like this statement:
"Azure sees itself as a world-scale marketplace for blockchain services. Decentralization is very good for cutting edge development, agrees Gray, but a common cloud environment might prove useful for everyone. "
