In one sentence: Your Dev had no clue AT ALL what he is doing there and literally did everything wrong he could do wrong.

Two more questions please:

- Could it be done by purpose with a malicious intent or it looks like just a mistake?

- What should our actions be right now? Can we shut down the whole infrastructure of this damn coin? Will people that were investing in this by mining it hate us or something? Or it's a small amount and good time to stop?

The coin is just a wreck in its current state. It won't work like this - simple said.

Many things need to be tweaked and fixed and that this coin could be Relaunched once more.

I doubt the flaws where intentional - by the look your Coder simply had no idea of what he was doing

Given the absence of any trading for BXBC, I don't see how anybody could have lost out beyond perhaps some power usage...?

The sooner it got shut down the better, people do rent mining equipment so if it continued this could have really been costly to some.
