First, let us declare that we invest in companies only to make profit (dividends). The factors described below are not political, economic or moral values, but levers to increase profits.

Subject of investment
Our main interest are the companies working on high-technology sources of green (renewable) energy. We are interested in finding partners with expertise in the field of solar energy, wind energy and biomass conversion.

We are interested only in profit; control of the companies in which we invest is not what we aim for.
Companies engaged in research and development yield a great return, thanks to their advanced technologies that are purchased by our partners – industrial enterprises.

Work with dividends
Investments in the companies matching the above criteria guarantee us ROI of not less than 30% per year in the form of dividends. Hereinafter, we consider 30% as the lowest possible ROI.

Here is an example. The company has designed and manufactured a solar panel that costs $50. It sells the product to end consumers for at least $250. It covers production costs and generates profits much more than 30%.

ROI of 30% is a good profit, but not the one that we need to run the Exchange. So we apply for financing through traditional channels, namely banks. Each bank provides the following option: a bank guarantee subject to submission of a business plan. The cost of such a service is 12% of the guarantee amount.

In our example, we consider a bank guarantee of $1 million (for the initial capital of $120 thousand). The bank receives an application for guarantee and offers banking products for the deposit of funds with various rates, but less than 12%. The bank gives investors, for example, 8% and takes the difference between 8% and 12%, i.e. 4%.
The bank accompanies its offers with a risk rating because they are risky. The bank blocks the funds of depositors who have purchased the products, thereby providing us with a guarantee of the availability of funds. Thus, the bank makes a risk free profit.

The exchange

Positions

Each referral is automatically assigned a left or right position, which affects the bonuses. Positions are clearly displayed in the list of referrals in the partner account. The position of the referral cannot be changed. The position for which you have earned the smallest amount of partner bonuses during the last 24 hours is declared the winning one. It is subject to Bonus 1. The amount of the purchased assets and the amount of the potential rewards for 24 hours are highlighted in green
in the list of referrals. Past winning positions and the size of bonuses can be seen in the summary table under the partner link. The winning position is also clearly highlighted in green in the list of referrals. Bonuses are credited at 00:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
Some of your referrals may also become OWY partners and earn Bonus 1. They contribute to accrual of Bonus 2. Its availability can be seen by clicking on the referral in the list, given that the referral is active (the bonus is highlighted in green).

Ranks

Each partner is assigned a rank depending on the amount of the attracted funds (total amount of assets bought by your referrals in USD). As the rank increases, so does the amount of affiliate commission, namely:
