How is this related to bitcoin ? (Except for the domain name)

I generated my link there and saw that you need to wait 10 s before being redirected. The user is not paid for ads.

Here is my critics:

it is a link shortener, but alone the base url (bitcoinfit.com) has 14 characters. This is absolutely to long for being a url shortener
the site does not use HTTPS. I personally would not trust such sites. I guess many do either
the site design is not really modern, especially the logo is very simple

Conclusion: Choose a different and shorter url and give the site a face-lift. Then it would be much more attractive.
