Yes, there are a few guides around that you might need to solve the puzzle. Make sure that you're building with compatibility for Mac OS X 10.5+ though, it takes some time to figure out how to set everything up nicely. A proper build environment is a necessity Wink (I've actually built the OS X wallets for a lot of coins.)
