Ethereum mineing help

so i was on cryptocompare.com and i was trying to use there guide to     Ethereum miningbut i kept getting to step seven which is still the set up in cmd and for some reason i couldent it to run so that it would sync could someone please tell wtf im doing wrong

So, you came to step seven!!! The first step was already giving problems. Downloading the wallet is a problem the links aren't working, the files disappeared and so on. This coin is only for techies.
