yes digital lord is right, i also doubt about OP intentions. They can get really lots of followers and like in their facebook page overnight with lots of enquiry too if they want to be in touch with female customers potential one. I fear it too be something related to darknet or deepweb.

0.0001 btc is currently ~ 0.042 usd, so your math is a bit off. The thing that troubles me much more than the price he is giving are
his intentions with said accounts/contacts. Sounds like shady stuff imho, hope people appreciate their contact lists enough not to sell them out for pennies.
