Looks like they're preparing for it. The actual page goes to the Lisk market.

It's actually a clever business strategy for an exchange: buy into the ICO, set up the trading pair when the ICO ends, and you're first out of the gate with trading it. If the other exchanges have to sit on their hands waiting for the release, then you have a de facto monopoly on the pair (with respect to centralized exchanges; decentralized exchanges can provide some competition.)

Y'know...I think Yobit's owners got the idea from you and your fellow IOTAites. They must have noticed how active the OTC and Nxt-AE IOTA markets were, took the hint, and ran with it. Maybe you should hit 'em up for a consultancy fee. Cheesy

I'd trust p2p trading with trusted escrow over smaller exchanges personally.
