TL;DR at the end

For the context:
So, my problem, few days ago I added a 25 euro paysafecard and 25euro from paypal to virwox (which  after fees was only around 43 euro). I tried after a day to withdraw my balance into bitcoins. (tried a few times with other accounts to withdraw pp to btc before this time but that never worked, thought perhaps with this psc it would get accepted). But no, it got refused again, I did got refunded the 25euro from my paypal deposit but not from my paysafecard. A stupid coincidence is that my paypal got limited due to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1427715.msg14440477#msg14440477.

Hello,

VirWoX is a place to buy and sell virtual currencies.

In contrast, you have sent us money from paysafecard, and tried to withdraw
to a PayPal account. We cannot allow that, as it is against the terms of
our merchant agreement with paysafecard (anti-money-laundering), and puts
us at risk.

Please either buy Linden Dollars or bitcoins with the money (a refund back
to paysafecard is technically not possible).

Greetings,

VirWoX Support

Okay, so can I atleast access my account? With all your strange rules... Why can't I change my money into the currency I like?

Hi,

I don't really get you, I can't use my account because I am accused of trying to change paysafe to paypal, and then to refund me you send it to my paypal?
Anyway, my paypal doesnt work anymore, can I have bitcoins instead?

Thanks in advance,

***

Yes, but actually it does not matter whether you "get it" or not. We sent the refund to your PayPal account and that's it.

And you can stop opening new account, they will all be closed.

TL;DR

day 1. I send €25 euro paypal + €25 paysafecard => and i got €43 in virwox
day 2. Asked for btcwithrawal, got a 48 hours notice to manually check the transaction.
day 3. Denied, got refunded 25€ paypal but no sign of my paysafecard

I don't quiet get their policy, as I do not understand what they mean with paysafecard to paypal, as I tried to withdraw bitcoins, neverthelless they should still owe me 18 euro's, and I'm not sure if I like the tone this guy puts up to me, regardless of the fact that some of his accusations are completely wrong.

Anyone any suggestions or similar problems with this service?
