it seems OP want to us that we copy some content from coindesk site. and rewrite it for OP and he will publish this in his site. I think it is against of copyright policy. you must write your own article copy paste is highly discouraged.

I think this one is fair the price for rewriting is just 1-2$ because you already have the lead all you have to do is to rewrite the article and if you are doing it just to spend time it is fair enough and OP is seriously paying so I guess if this one still available OP kindly PM me. thanks.

Allot of writers just do that anyway whether they call it that or not.
The only difference between an article and a "re-written" article is you
assume its only one source. Either way its horrible pay for a writer
and and to write it in their own words is like writing a unique article anyway.
