Hi guys,

I'm working on a faucet for a particular coin and I want to make a timelock for 30 minutes. Please help me think of ways to enforce this.

I have the following data available:
- IP (also of earlier transactions)
- coinaddress
- time of previous transaction (when there are earlier transactions)
- can place a cookie

How can I safeguard against people using for example vpn's and multiple addresses?
