I am not sure but scammers wont even try with you. Anyways jokes apart, try to contact Hedgy as I have seen him buying and selling btc for paypal very often and needless to say he is more trusted than others.

I know about him and would go with him if I wasn't in a slight hurry for the trade. zazarb or xetsr(who I would go with when dealing with PP) don't have much PP funds
