I'm a biology major with a focus on nutrition and exercise physiology and a personal training background. When I was in the military I helped a guy that could barely touch the net of a basketball hoop get to his goal of being able to dunk in about a month.
I'm an expert in nutrition and muscular hypertrophy, but I can only run 6 miles in 50 minutes compared to me being able to deadlift 405 pounds at 145 pounds body weight so if you want running/swimming advice I'm not an expert in those fields, but I can probably help you out anyway.
