I'm thinking the same thing, I really think its possible but it all depends on the people that are gonna use the bitcoin, if the bitcoin will grow to one of the biggest currency's in the world its gonna happen for sure.

But nowadays you have to admit that this is getting more and more probable. There are big players in the market there that are now taking Bitcoin more seriously. And i guess it's only a matter of time now before Bitcoin really pays off.

I haven't yet seen stores that have the Bitcoin logo on their doors but it would make me very happy if I would be able to pay for stuff with Bitcoins in a bookstore or in a clothing shop etc. Even if big supermarket chains don't adopt Bitcoin as a payment method at least the smaller family-owned businesses could make a big difference for the Bitcoin users if they decide to accept Bitcoin.

well i was predict bitcoin can use for all stores in the world and everybody will use bitcoin for buying their daily life but for near future i don't think this will be happen because we all know that on some countries not admitted bitcoin as the currency and also illegal

I'm sure in near future bitcoin can be use as payment in store, since bitcoin is growing big and people are aware with it.
In future, stores, groceries, hotels, transportations will use bitcoin as their payment.

Like I said before, you can forget about people buying coffees with Bitcoin and other mundane crap with it as long as people don't get paid in Bitcoin for their time. People when they buy Bitcoin, they value it too much, they feel like they are using gold to buy some crap, so they would rather use fiat and hold the Bitcoin. For example the money I get paid in the sig campaign, is not much yes, but I get paid with it and I feel like spending it. If I had to buy it first, I wouldn't bother with spending of that.

There are some apps out there that allow you to pay using your bitcoin in any retail shop that accepts NFC, one that comes to mind is Plutus and there is another one I recently saw which i can't remember now but for bitcoin itself to be accepted I would give it another couple of years.

Yeah but there has to be a change in people's mentality, they need to see BTC as a currency, not as gold. People see it as gold, because they value it too much.
Be honest, would you pay some coffee with Bitcoin, or you would rather use fiat, which you know is going to stay the same price or go lower long term? Bitcoin is gold, not some shitty currency to pay for coffee. Unless everyone gets paid with BTC, I have my doubts about that kind of usage being usual.

We do not need to follow the old brick n mortar model of the fiat system to have physical offices where fiat is exchanged for other currencies anymore. We have alternatives now

with Bitcoin, and most of these solutions are digital. The Bitcoin vending machines and ATM's are still convenient but I would want to see a future where we do not need to go

from Bitcoin back to fiat. We are moving towards a scenario where most goods can be bought with Bitcoin { using the Spendabit feature on the Bitcoin.com } or through 3rd

Well, if coffee shop insists 5 confirmation, the coffee buying process will be quite long.

a coffee shop would not care about confirmations, tansactions are instant, only confirmations take time,

but more importantly, businesses would simply work a number in to their business model for any bad transactions, as beleive it or not, the majority of people are honest.

So it only fraudsters that would need to worry, which a camera takes care of,
when paying in person the exact time will be recorded, and would not take long to be detected

it would be so much more risk of getting caught than say using a credit card or cheque for fraud.

Of course we can, that is next step that needs to come. Natural process of growing up. I already see many stores in some countries, but what we need is that to be on a higher level.
I have a friend that have wine store, I'm telling him that he need to think about accepting bitcoin as payment method. To be first in my country that do something like that. He laughs at me when I'm talking to him about that. Soon we will see will he regret cause he didn't listen me.

Yes bitcoin is the only crypto currency that has progress a lot while others are just hype and soon collapse with no use at all in the market but just for trading.

For online shop yes, and it does exist, but for real or offline store i doubt that we could see in the near future due to the confirmation time of bitcoin need to be improve, i usually buying some virtual things on internet but sometimes i have to be waiting to get 1 confirmation time untill my items was processing
