There has been a lot of problems recently with satoshidice. I also had some btc stuck there. After 2 weeks of continuos pressure on them, I got it back. Keep trying the support till they reach you back.

will check this for you. they have a reputation so i think it will be resolved mate just give them

I haven't played in satoshidice but bitcoin casinos support are like hell as they are quite anonymous and can run away easily with bitcoins that have already happed before.

Is sathosidice.com and satoshimines.com are from the same owner? I have played sometime in satoshimine. Hope they will return your bitcoin back with quite delay.

Satoshidice isn't really an investor-based(ponzi) game but it's a casino (dice game) with an overall good reputation over this forum AFAIK.

I think you are newbie into gambling.  Satoshidice is one of the oldest gambling site. And I would say it's a great loss to investors and gamblers.

I am not quite sure how much is truth and how much is anger, but yes their support has been kind of horrible since last year. This was the basic reason why I switched to other sites, really support plays a important role in a site's popularity and fame.

It's not good to say but you should try and message and keep them in tension and pressure all the time, because its sad but people listen to them whom they can not bear. And such things wont favour them, hope they will help.

15.5 Bitcoin, Support says i withdrew/entered my correct password from the account already since the time i contacted them but they won't prove anything i haven't touched my investment in weeks if not months. the balance remains intact, how the hell could i enter the password if the balance hasn't changed? th

I provided my secret and they won't help because i can't sign any address's i deposited from (they were from sites that are not active anymore which i can't explain the detail).

They are liars, thieves and everyone should stay the hell away from them. Fucking scumbags stole more than 5,000 euro from me.

i you can't sign message from the address you use to deposit you can't get your btc there... honestly this the only proof to know if you are the owner of the account if you can't provide the sign message.. i think there's no other way.. better to ask them about the address and try to make a sign message so that you can recover your account..
As far as i know satoshidice is the one old gambling site and until now they are a live..

I used a service to withdraw the coins form into my dice account, I have my secret URL. how is this not enough proof?

Also they may be the oldest, but it's changed hands many times and the current owners are crooks.

You should really keep an eye on sites with good and quick support. Always do your research before you deposit to sites I'd suggest bitdice for quick withdrawals and good communication in general...

Hopefully they will reply this time.
