As far as I know Theymos is having full control over the bitcoin.org domain. Not sure whether he is managing the site as such, but he owns the domain (Correct me if I'm wrong).

I just watched a video with this guy and he's definitely got that Martin Shkreli troll air to him. I doubt anything will come of this, but if BTC hits $500 this week I'll revisit.

If he is up to something that may get the price to go up, then it's just for the very short term. It will not last as this guy is nothing more than a joke. He is looking for attention and so far he seems to get what he is looking for.
