Why don't you just sell them to an exchange or is it like YOBIT no one is willing to take them?

You can't sell lisk before launch and Its better not to buy before launch.

You can't sell lisk before lunch and Its better not to buy before lunch.

Exactly, the price can do boom and at the same time the price can be very low. So its always better to buy a altcoin after its public launch. Moreover I am not sure whether exchanges will add it quickly after launch.
