Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Are these accounts actually worth anything? I have about 5 accounts that are verified and its so easy to make I thought they were worthless.

60 dollars what a rip off if you do not know https://1xbet.com/ does support bitcoins which makes the process of using the site very easy to some extent no verifications needed
