Japan seeks to become a leader in the world fintech, just as it occupies a dominant position in the technology market. Japan Agency for financial services (FSA) has announced plans to lift restrictions to finteh companies. In May this year Parliament voted for the adoption of the law developed by the FSA, laying down the rules of operation for cryptocurrency exchanges.
Operators exchanges will now have to be licensed and ready for inspection by the FSA, which is authorized to supervise their work. That, however, is much more important, the law recognizes that virtual currency in its properties identical to normal. The new rules are designed to make the local economy friendly to foreign investors and companies.

In addition, an affiliate deal with the startups blokchain "Chain" for prototype development platform for trading debt concluded Japan's largest bank Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (MUFG).
Finally, it should be noted, local start-ups and bitFlyer Zaif, which together raised $ 33 million investment and to stop there not intend to.

No surprises. Even "Satoshi" picked a nickname from Japanese. I don't know anything about it but maybe he is Japan too? Japanese money already doing well against US dollars anyways. Japanese people do not use  bitcoin to gain profits. They use it for what it is intended, as a real money.
In my opinions, japan is start using bitcoin because the value of bitcoin is not domination by USD. it's different with Yenn japan, sometimes getting an effect from USD. and bitcoin is the fixed way for this problem.

Some months ago they started to talk about it in their parliament, and as I know they talking seriously about legalization of btc.
That can be good and bad thing in same moment. Probably there will be some new laws about it, and like always we will not like everything they set up. Generally its a good thing, I believe in future every country will accept btc.

It's will give a more advantages for japan from using bitcoin and make legalization for this. In the future japan is not worried about fluctuation effect from another fiat currency for their currency. It's a good progress for japan. let's see what happen if japan makes a legalization for bitcoin.
As you can see you see that there are now more people that is going to use Bitcoin and that is really nice because Bitcoin is also becoming more popular so that is great.
And the hard thing is that you cant know what will happen later and that is the problem.

I always thought that japan made BTC because of the name Nakamoto it is fundamentally suggestive that it has been invented in that country. However this person is not identified let alone japan what they want to love.

I'm not surprised with this becasue a lot of people only know where from bitcoin create. and bitocin is big achieve for their civilians .and they try to appreciate what are made by their citizens. japan has a good attitude.

The new rules are designed to make the local economy friendly to foreign investors and companies.

These are steps that facilitate fiat-BTC exchange businesses, because the legal framework under which they operate is now more clear. However it doesn't explain, why the Japanese people are interested in Bitcoin. I think it is possible that the extreme level of so called "quantitative easing" by the Bank of Japan finally generated skepticism among the population. Japan has an extreme amount of debt that is unlikely to be manageable in the long term. Protection against the country's default risk is certainly advisable. Since precious metals are not commonly available and given the extremely high affinity to technology of the Japanese, buying Bitcoin seems to be the most logical step in that regard.

I always thought that japan made BTC because of the name Nakamoto it is fundamentally suggestive that it has been invented in that country. However this person is not identified let alone japan what they want to love.

That is a red herring.
People who analyzed Satoshi's writing style feel he is western-educated.

Japan is always been loving Bitcoin since the day it is started. It is infact the first country who openly accepts the bitcoins and hence you can give Japan Government and people credit for this. Credit for showing faith and trust in the future biggest currency while every other country has their reservations to promote the coins.
This is very good sign of building & strengthening of bitcoins, japan is one most developed country in world in all respect & leading country in exports goods & services. In this way BTC having good opportunity to explore or bust in business sector.

I'm not sure about trading because from my experience it's not so easy to profit from it. Even if you are a clever trader it is very unlikely that you'd manage to get profit which is over 2% of invested money per day. Which means you should risk 1 BTC to get 0.02 BTC profit. Yes, you'd probably never lose the whole 1 BTC even in the worst case scenario, but to lose 0.1 BTC is easy because even established altcoins might have the volatility around 10% during a day.

But I agree that overall it is a good news for Bitcoin holders because the more Bitcoin is accepted the higher the price of it in USD.

I think it is good that more and more countries are gearing towards bitcoin again. Japan being a developed and technical country should be more involved in all things bitcoin as it has that kind of infrastructure to facilitate more of it's use generally speaking.
