When you have promised to pay 100K satoshi per signup, it is as simple as to pay as soon as someone signed up. You don't need to pass the time with spreadshit to fool more people into signing up for multiple accounts with your ref link.

when you sign up with the OP's link? it is an obvious scam. a Newbie offering 100,000 satoshi for joining a referral link. why? what will he get if every one just join with his referral link. for referral commission referrals must do some work, then the person who referred them will get commission. but OP don't asking for doing anything, he just want to sign up.
