[WTB] Verified PayPal accounts without 21 day limits

As the title says, I want to buy verified paypal accounts.

Requirements:
x clean accounts, no disputes or limitations
x no 21 days holds! (new accounts have this limit when they receive goods/services payments)
x able to link a new card and withdraw

Preferable:
VPN or account's last IP address

Willing to use escrow. You can either PM me the offers or reply to this topic.

For the time being, I only want 1-2 accounts, but for the future I may want more.
