From my own experience with coinurl, at first it will pay you but then when your website becomes popular and it receives a lot of traffic, coinurl will banned you because of fraudulent activity. COINURL.COM is completely a SCAM!!! Be warned.

Bitclix sometimes paying sometimes not. Last payment not received.

the only good network fot CPC is adsense, but bnot accept all faucet. I think if you create a good site, with real content (not only 1-2 page to explication bitcoin) can get approved |

CoinAd is one of the best advertising network!
I use it on 3 websites and they pay each week.
The only problem is that they dont accept any publisher (this is a good point)

However, I don't use bitclix, as the last time I used them, they had low payouts and didn't pay sometimes.
OP, try bitmedia.io or mellowads.com.

Coinurl will pay you if your site is not that popular and receiving lots of traffic. When your site get tons of traffic and become popular, they will ban you for fraudulent activity. |

Yeah,bitclix pays and the min withdraw is 0.00006 BTC. but CPC rate is very low like 0.00003 - 0.000075 per click.
