Are you on Twitch? A lot of people use that to build a fan base and cross promote their youtube videos. I doubt anyone will do this for free and it'll take you a free months before you start making any money at all. To get targeted and interested users maybe join a few counterstrike message boards, stick it in your signature and make useful posts. I personally thought that clip was a bit short, maybe give at least 3 examples.. ideally on different maps
