Have you tried the player trading / selling account forums outside of here? I think I've seen quite a few threads for CoC accounts but not many successful deals posted.

At first blush this account looks like a new / rushed th8 without a 5th builder and low gems so $40s might be a bit high of an asking price to start.

You can ask for bitcoin as payment in there. I oncebsold an account there with no problem. There is a middleman already in there so it's pretty much secure.
Also I don't think your account is worth that much. I have pretty much the same account with a maxed troops but I only managed to sold it for $30 minus the fees.
