I personally am, he says it should take 15 mins, $2.50 for 15 minutes work is not too bad, I just want to see the kinda stuff he wants me to write about, OP pm me with necessary info

I know someone that can do extremely high quality but he's expensive, probably 10 for the 500 word article for it to be worth his time.  You pay for what you get so offering shit pay won't get you a good article
