Powered proof of Stake,short as PPoS.
It's a virtual Proof of Work,every stake in the system has power to calculate puzzle/difficulty,just like Proof of Work in Bitcoin,but no need special rigs,almost no cost for securing p2p network.
And the power is proportional to the amount of stakes,so this means the more stakes,the more power to mint the transaction fees.

Both the idea behind DASH and NXT are coinjoin or coinshuffle.

Mixer of CC is running all the time with fixed input and output,let's say 1000 CC,anyone can join for mixing at any time,without waiting for others to join,and participants will receive the mixed tokens according to the preset time(block) of output.

The privacy feature of CC will not be implemented soon,at least not during the ICO period,this is a planned feature.

Another,as I know,the shuffle of NXT need to wait for other participants to join at the same time.This works only there are many users or participants.
If not,you need to open your node to wait until others would like to shuffle ,or the shuffle will fail.

If what you are doing is illegal in your contry, maybe you could somehow find atrusted member of the bitcointalk-community and convince him_her to be the "face" of the whole thing? I know, it is much to ask, but maybe you already know someone?

Regaring the "clone/copy" posts: Expanse and Shift started as clones of Ethereum and they are doing fine. Having Lisk clones was going to happen at some point and I consider it a good thing.

Without any trusted escrow it would be really hard to get succeed, put escrow like Lisk and Waves it will make this project more attractive for big investors otherwise it smell fishy and looking like a scam project.

coloredchain.com was registered on March-23th, 2016, Dev BTT account was registered  from April 11th , only for extend his ICO for his coloredchain,his witepaper is so simple with only a little content introduce, no any useful information is worth ivester trust, no any valuable information can be traced , no any guarantee for investment risk. Only have a so simple website , it still maybe copied from wave .
we just meet a scamer from edoncoin, bittrex have discovered his fraud, and avoid invester's loss. If invest in coloredchain, no body can help invester after his scam was exposed.
