At what time did you send the coins.?
Are you sure you sent to correct address?
Are you sure the transaction is confirmed?

Have you tried contacting their support first and show them your deposit hash before accusing them here? It's not a good thing to jump into accusations if you haven't tried fixing the problems with their staffs first.

I need my money quick, thats it. They care so much for us to not open threads then why not hire someone for a live support ?

Your best bet is to contact their support in order to get your problem solved. It doesn't matter if they have live support or not. Their support is the first thing you should contact in cases like that. If nothing happens then come here and blame them with some proofs. Making claims with 0 proof is like throwing  eggs on a wall and expecting the wall to collapse.

Admin admitted that there was a error, he corrected all. Not just me all were suffering to get their deposits.
