Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place but here goes:

I'm looking for someone who's able to build the following in MS Access:

A database that will store information about employees, their skills, and workfloors where these skills are required to perform certain tasks.
This database will also provide a data entry form for use by the employees supervisors and a search function for connecting employees to the workfloors, based on their individual competences per task.

data entry comprises of a worker name and 6 scores for 6 different competences, inputting this information should generate the workfloor(s)

Basically it should provide information on who can work where at the push of a button.

It's MS Access because of the company, but if theres a workable solution that can exist alongside Access I'm open to suggestions.
