Will the world Economy Collapse this year?

Since the 2008 economic crisis, while 2016 may be time for another global economic downturn and total collapse is still avoidable.

People were expecting a double dip recession even while recovering from the 2008 disaster.
It is possible that the double dip took some time to occur.

At this point it wouldn't be a double dip. We've had enough growth for a long enough period of time for this to be classified as a new recession, were one to occur.

They constantly say the economy is in the Depression era of things. But they say this every year and the outlook always gets better once things are sorted out.

Well i didnt saw the video and i dont need ,because the most countries facing financial problems someone is willing to take advantage of it making the people to buy gold or others raws means they hold a big ammount and wanna to pump their value.Do you believed the world would end in 2010 or any other year?

Agree with this. Same with what they do with bitcoin currency. Put a bad news about it and all profit will be for them. Big people holder will take advantage all the time to make some more and so that their money will move up again since they are using it for their shopping spree and needed to regain all the loss from that.

But this might occur by the falling year. I believe the price has got initiated when the oil crisis began but this turns to be a major collapsed when more sectors interdependent gets affected.

No that is not happening, if it was happening we would already noticed it by now. I believe that it set up in such a way that the economy really cannot collopase because if it would happen total chaos would break out.

its will not happening this year.
Its up to you to take action for that news,for me,its just another news that trying to bring down people who still love bitcoin to start leaving bitcoin and interesting to gold.

I believe they come up with this doomsday scenario because of what was witnessed with the Chinese economy earlier this year so they take in part of this since their economy is one of the strongest so any decrease in their will show a ripple effect in others.

The world economy is definitely looking worse than it did last year.
The US is still going very strong, but with everyone else doing so poorly, it could start having an impact on the USA as well, which is what many analysts are afraid of!

Also good to know that everything is in cycles. Bull markets tend to last about 7-8 years before a new recession hits. And that just about coincides with the number of years since the last one

As maudevang said, the world economy is going to be pretty much impossible to collapse no matter how bad it's health may be.  Certain countries will be doing badly, others will prosper to be able to balance it out.  I can't really think of a situation where every country would be having such a bad economy that trade simply stops.  Regardless of how bad things get, everybody still needs things from other countries.

Trade haven't stopped even during the worst times in human history, and until goods and money moving around there's always a future. When we start exchanging bullets for potatoes and pork ribs with our neighbours that will be sure sign of a big trouble.

i think world Economy will not Collapse this year and i hope this is will not happened but indeed for some countries economy movement looks pretty slow and many corporate has bankruptcies and sack many employees because they can't pay employees salaries and i saw it does happened too in my country

Everyone has the hope that economy collapse won't happen this year. After days the oil price too had grown a little in recent days which helps oil depending countries to be stable. This too gives a positive hope.

Recessions are normal. Collapses are not. I don't know if OP means "collapse" in the sense that things fall apart and destabilize the world because they can't be put back together, or if it simply means a depression like economy. Would you say the world economy "collapsed" in the 1930s? What about 2008?

The world economy isn't great rn, but it's still strengthening itself from a global economic crisis.

It has at least 40 years until its next collapse. The next few years it's expected to occur an upward trend.

War hasn't helped the economy. It just drives up the debt, and they're plenty good st that without another war.
