Yeah, definitely that is the requirement, because I saw a guy who bet 10 MTBC and his bet has won but coinbet denied his eligibility of the contest due to failure to fallow the rules of the game.

Hi bias,

All rules can be seen in post #1 in this thread. Its correct that your bet have to be exactly 9.99 mBTC. I think what you have seen about 1 BTC is that its the maximum we double up for a winning coupon.

Definitely not, your winning is only subject for double pay, in that case you will win only 5 so the amount will given to you is also 5 mbtc. And by the way it is not 10 MBTC but 9.99 as per written in the rules, you need to check the first page.
