Well if you really really need help quiting gambling you should just call the local gambling help line in your area. Even though its not at a local casino they can still help you. You won't get much help from a online forum.

Need some advice on gambling.
I need quit gambling. It seems that i am getting more and more addicted to it. I want to stop before it gets worse. Can you guys give some advice on how to quit gambling.
Thanks.
I suggest you find something else to do like a other hobby. Get something to do so you will think less about gambling. Talk with friends or family about your situation and I am sure they will help you.

Quiting gambling is not that easy because you will get addicted to gamble and that is hard to stop with it, so you must have discipline to stop with gambling otherwise it will be not possible.
We can only tell you some tips but you have to do it all by yourself find some sports or hobbys that you like to do.

I kinda had the same problem a few months ago, all I did was to find another hobby that could keep me engaged and busy. It really did the job for me. One of my friend started keeping his bitcoins in cold storage and gave away the private key to someone(whom he could trust a lot), that way he didn't have the access to his bitcoins and so could almost never gamble.

There are a lot of ways to drop a gambling habit. You could for example contact the customer support at the sportsbetting sites where you play most frequently and ask them to ban you from depositing again. You can also exclude all gambling sites domains from accessing via your favorite browser, there are some tips online on how to do that. But most importantly you must acknowledge your serious problem and try to make a difference in your life.

It's been common nowadays as some people with alts ask the same questions again and again twisting the question, which results into same answers by everyone and so, it doesn't matter whether you have quality or not, you just carry on and answer whatever you have on your mind, and you know why these alts do this???
Just to make themselves a few pennies on few posts, just like it's done here...
