I can only tell you that i have seen this in faucets with limited payouts, but without "exceeded safety limits" mssg, they just reload site and captca. As every day I can claim from 2/11 or 1/11 faucets, it has to be it. Owner is saying they are all OK, we see that they don't work, so i am not coming back to this "faucet".

they started from a single faucet site BTC News in mid Of March 2016

and were always accurate with payouts before May 9th.
If no payouts are made today they're going to fall into a SCAM satus.

About the captcha problem as well as I see it happens after new sites added.
It appeared before when Satoshidraw sites were added to BTC News faucet.
And it happened again after that Lottery site was added.
They had better not add that lottery at all...

Reason for the delay in payments, a bug in the backend so users could claim more then 1000 satoshi / 720min. We had to manually investigate every withdraw request.

Example, Yurka5356 asked on 10 May 6x 30000 Satoshis. Way above the the 1000 / 720min. Paid out 60000 Satoshis which should cover the legit visits to our faucets.
Example 2, Alicia1510 asked a withdrawal of 2700000 Satoshis. Again way above the 1000 / 720min...

Hi, sorry not possible. To change the adress you will need to create a new account.

Hi, the first time i claim, was successfuly claiming all the faucets. But now i can't seem to claim every other except satoshidraw.com and btcnewsfaucet.com. The page seems reloaded at the same page everytime i click claim after filling the captcha. What is wrong? can you help me out here?

Hi, sorry not possible. To change the adress you will need to create a new account. 

So what about balance i have there?
You paying manually so why behaving like typical scam? It,s not big deal for you to check balance and pay accordingly to new wallet, beside you should notify about this "feature" so people keep old addresses. Not cool man, seems you short on funds.
