I asked a refund on 02/08 but no answer I'm scared to be fucked , anyone in this case ??

I would attempt to contact Tom directly, and if it's a significant amount of money, possibly pursue a legal case. If you paid with a credit card, do a chargeback.

unfortunately, you're not going to get your money back.
Do you have more details about that ? They said they are gonna refund every customers i'm sorry to not have anymore. i was pessimistic enough to get my refund back in early December after the first delay and now i'm hearing of other ppl like you who are having difficulty. sucks. |

Yes I think you cannot expect a efund from Tom and you should look on the thread talking about future legal actions.
