You can withdraw crypto from the exchange if you do Level one (Fill in your Profile)

Why "pending status" so long of withdraw request for JIO from drachmae market?

I have sent my draco from this address NXT-LEDX-TZVQ-FWVU-4J2R6 to exchange for JIO a month ago how will i know if i got token in my address, i have used an online wallet which is http://mynxtportal.info/ which is now closed and i have no access to it anymore i don`t know how to retrieve my account.
