Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Most likely it is a low priority transaction that doesn't have a large enough fee to be considered by the miners that solved the 6 most recent blocks.

If you are willing to post (or PM) your transaction ID, someone could possibly explain the issue better.

That tx shows 13.50503811 BTC with 1 confirmation . . .
And now there are 2 confirmations.  So it looks like your problem is solved.

No worries - you do need to be a little bit patient (they are not instantaneous transfers despite some of the misinformation you might have read).

I don't see any such transaction to that address.  Do you have the transactionID?  Are you the one who sent it, or are you just receiving it?

You'll have to check with SR.  There is no indication that they ever sent it as far as I can tell.

Bitcoin worked properly, BTC-e has your bitcoins.  Unfortunately, they are the only ones that can help you now.  Hopefully you will find a way to get BTC-e to pay attention to your concerns.
