See this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmOzih6I1zsIt's probably not profitable anymore as it used to be and please stay away from "CLoud mining" because most of the services that offers that are scamming people . Unless you have enough money to make a huge Bitcoin mining farm (which I suppose you don't since you asked this question) It's not really recommended to get involved;

When can I join a signature campaign and what does it entail? I've heard of faucets though, but I heard they were a difficult way to make bitcoins.

You can see more information's about signature campaigns here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 . You won't be able to join or gain a good profit unless you have higher rank (Senior Member or above would be good) . As for what comes to Faucets , It's totally waste of time since you spend a lot of time + you don't earn something big .

When can I join a signature campaign and what does it entail? I've heard of faucets though, but I heard they were a difficult way to make bitcoins. There are sig. campaigns for new users. They will pay you some BTC Dont expect much, its a good start. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 link to campaign overview. You will gain activity points. One post = 1 activity 14 points are maximum in one activity period. That period lasts 14 days. So every 2 weeks you move up in ranking. Later this changes because higher ranks require more activity. If I understand correctly you are a total newbie in BTC world if so, check out this website when some devilish ad banner will convince you to invest bitcoins.

The concept you have chosen is higher then your level of knowledge, you should pick something easier for now because you are new to bitcoin. You should start with faucets, while using faucets you should keep reading articles or read posts on this forum everyday to get more and more knowledge about bitcoin and after when you get enough knowledge about bitcoin then try to pick up such questions and you will find it easier to find the answers.

How much are accounts? In Auction section there is many accounts being selling. Many Full Members accounts there and they aren't expensive. But if you buy you will need to join a signature campaign to start earning by posting. So you need to have some knowledge about BTC to do it or you will only spam forum with non sense messages. Better to continue reading forum and learning about some easy things like faucets, cloundm mining, scam schemes (Ponzi, HYIP), signature campaigns and more...

you need cheap electricity, but it's better to do altcoin mining and converting in bitcoin, it's more profitable evne now that ethereum, the big one, is tanking hard
but anyway it's preferible to have 0.05 cent in electricity or solar pannel or whatever green energy you want to have...

Digital goods section is where all of the id are being sold, the price depends on the status of that id itself Higher rank and good quality account tend to sell more compared to the low quality ones I don't recommend you to buy an id though I think you need to familiarize yourself woth the community and it's rules so you won't create any signature spam with low quality post

Thought to interfere here as I thought that this thread is going off-topic... @OP, Bitcoin mining means you can produce bitcoins by helping the network to run through your machines that you use to find blocks in order to store the transactions in it, and you get rewarded for the same... Also, if you want to do it, you can either go for mining equipments that are available online, or can buy contracts available on cloud-mining sites, but it seems very risky...

What can you recommend for me then? You've more choice than mining. Buy some Bitcoins, hold till price increase or trade it with some altcoins. OR invest on something or lend your Bitcoins. If you've done skills, post on services board section and get paid with Bitcoin.

Bitcoin mining is where you mine your own bitcoin. You can mine bitcoin by using mining rig which is expensive or investing to a cloud mining sites like hashocean, all you need to do to start mining on a cloud mining site is to invest a specific amount of bitcoin depending on the site if how much is the minimum investment.

But, you can mine some altcoins with those USB rigs, still you're burning your PC and this too makes small profit only. The problem is not cost of PC with usb sticks, it is the actual cost of the sticks compared to hash you get. For example compacs are great I own a few and use a raspberry PI which is very little electricity to run. But cost of sticks.... you will not make back mining. On altcoin again... usb cost is high on sticks. And really Ether is the altcoin everyone is focused on and it takes pretty good GPU's to mine it.
