Yeah you are lucky if the owner is your friend and you are one of the pioneers who joined that hyip. But much better not to invest there because surely after a couple of months most of hyips' are scams.

I don't think now a days most of the sites will not last for couple of months and some of them will close even within couple of days. It all depends on how much site owners are looking, if they get even couple of deposits also they will close. Investing in these kind sites is worst then gambling your money. Never ever invest your money in these kind of sites.

There is already too many Ponzi, and there are no benefits in running a Ponzi IMO. It is just a waste of time, and money. Well, unless you promote your Ponzi in a place full of 'unintelligent' people. No offense.

Every HYIP sites are claiming that they are the best trusted and other bullshit just to lure people to invest in their site. Of course during the first few days of operations the service is always good, they giver your income on time but when they have already the amount of target they will disappear. So the bottom line is they are all SCAM so don't be lured by our greed of money.

If for me, I would never try it because of the risk factor, if you can be profitable on your first investment in HYIP although it closes then you will find another HYIP thinking that you already found the method. Well, that's true. Every penny you earn from HYIP either way is someone else's hard earned money. Neither it's yours or the admin's sweat.

There used to be a few real HYIPs, where they promise little interest and they used to pay with the profits they gained from forex. Now the things have been changed.

Though the HYIP websites claim they invest here or there, that's all just a bullshit.

Actually all are poisonous except Hashocean for early investors, they who joined since January last year, have made quite some profit now but maybe Hashocean is not a HYIP rather a ponzi, I would put them the same as you can lose money in the long run if you are not careful, so NO there are no benefits in HYIPS or ponzi.

Purpose to create HYIP sites only to steal people money, there is no source to generate income there and i think it is really hard for any investor to make profit by make investment into any HYIP site, only owner and some monitoring sites can make profit by posting fake payment proofs there.

For the point of view of the owner of an HYIP (ponzi), of course there are benefits. He's the one who's running the scam site. The only thing he/she has to do is make his investment site and make it legitimate and paying. Advertise here on BCTalk, in facebook groups, and in other crypto-related forums. After doing that, he has to enable referral/affiliate rewards so people will go invite other people themselves. He can put some money at first so that the very first customer can be paid, and then the following investors will be paid using the money of the first investors. Once he has enough or once he's satisfied with the money that he has on his website, he'll just runaway.

For the investors' POV, it can be both beneficial and not beneficial.

To get some profit out of HYIP, the investor should invest a decent amount of money at the launch of the HYIP so he's the first ever to get the ROI. If the HYIP continues, then he'll continue having profit.

Another way of getting profits from HYIP is creating an account and not depositing anything (deposit an amount if it's required in order to earn from referrals) and then promote the website with your ref-link. Just do this and you'll get some benefits out of HYIP sites as most of HYIP sites offer referral programs.

You can't get benefits from HYIP if you invested and then the next day they don't pay anymore and/or they never paid anyone at the first place. It's like you just threw away your money. You're never getting it back. You just got scammed.

i don't completely agree with this.

i say not completely because hypes are risky so as far as risks go they are similar to gambling and you have to have luck in order to find one that is new and not going to run away as soon as "you" deposit.

but also at the same time there is a big difference between them. HYPES are scams so the result of it is not fair while on the other hand gambling is fair you can find a legit site and make bets and even check the provably fair system to check the bet you have made.

that is not always true, i have seen HYIPs that have ran away the very first day of their operation, they are scams you can never count on them to honer their commitment,.
