Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Ok so your service seems to be quite different than what bitgold offer. Bitgold is quite fu*** up as it is more like gold shop where we can't sell or use our gold anywhere but can buy whatever we could afford.

Does this gold can be traded or sell back like btc vs usd? if so than its nice to give a try.
