this crap eth is going to drop below 0.005 sometime this summer
yeah that's what I also think, base on my opinion this is not the right time to buy ETH. Anything is possible, but I think we would only see this price range if there is a scandal, or major bug. Maybe if we went into a really long downtrend, but I think it would pick back up immediately if it gets sub 4.50. As long as no major scandal of the Etheruem, the price will be above $5. That is the cost of mining. BUT ETH doesnt have a good coding compared to others, and it is one of the reasons why ETH is not good to buy and bag right now. What do you think? And when it comes to comparison to Litecoin, LTC still have a stable standing and good for buying right? |

Depend on your trading way, if you trade for long termasuk it is time to buy but if you are active trader it is time for sell and today price of ethereum is trend down. |

Why would you expect the price of ETH to drop so much? The recent DAO sale effectively locked away a very large healthy chunk of ETH from the market this limiting the market supply. The era of cheap ETH is over. If you didn't heed the advice of myself and others over the last few weeks that you needed to buy and immediately. Well I am sorry you have now missed the ETH train to the ETH Moonship. |

Its time to sell because bitcoin is increasingly gradually and i think ethereum will be down sooner.. so better to sell it and convert all your ethereum to bitcoin.. to make a better profit..

The same eth was locked into the DAO before the recent fall from 15 to 10$, why now would it continue to uptrend with more liquidity in the same conditions? (Btc is still going up). The eth train was only missed if you didn't mine in/buy in sub 5, and don't kick yourself, it will most likely come around again |

One is the halving. the other is the block size increase. yeah actually I have a thread about that BTC price increase but all of the reasons are not that much to contribute on continuous increasing of BTC price, your right about the halving as it is one of the reason that affect the BTC price seriously followed by the China's market, and block size increase but that doesn't show that it will contribute to continuous rise of BTC as we can see now BTC price is slowly going down again, as for my speculation price will go up to $550 - 600 and go down to 530 back to 550 and slowly comes back to its normal price of around 460. |

yeah if everything goes right, taking into to account the incoming alt coins like WAVES and the up growing of the currently released alt coin LISK which are now gaining on the market, but as of now and as what I've observe ETH price will be stable and no big increase or decrease might happen for about a month or a couple of months. |

If you have a big ETH better to hold it for a while because price might increase after the disappointment of the people in BTC halving Price increase speculations, and one more reason it might increase is the china's failing market so better wait before selling immediately, ETH is listed as one of the most successful alt coins created thus making it more potential for increase and stable price. |

Your right that ETH is too different from BTC since ETH is just an alt-coin that are also based on the best cryptocurrency which is BTC. When it regards to LISK, I think LISK are too far from affecting the ETH since LISK doesn't have the good result after it's launch as we can see now it is struggling to rise and are currently tied to its normal based price now due to lack of investors, and It will take a very long time for it to match ETH, Maybe you can consider the Waves as WAVES have a great promised features and does have a great specifications, great founder and a lot of ICO participants. |

15th March - Bought tens of ethers at 0.035 BTC each
15th April - Sold all of them at 0.018 BTC each (in fear of getting it's value even lowered, as per suggestion of most people around here)
15th May - Saw the price and it's 0.031 BTC each again
