To be honest, I am having a really hard time landing on a price.  I have had one concrete offer of 1.6BTC from one user...
I would consider that a low-ball offer. 

There are so many factors - shipping being one of them.  Risks, etc.

This probably doesn't clear it up.  I don't want to land on firm price because I am having a hard time doing so...
