As far as I can guess, he wants his trading partner to log into a gaming account where you will have to purchase something for paypal and instead of that he will offer btc . For instant contact you can contact him on jabber which is an IM(instant messaging) website and XMPP is a protocol which expands as "Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol"
