Stoneage I was simply asking if he has collateral, doesn't imply that I am willing to offer him that amount for his account. Someone is going to ask if he has it anyways.

Feel free to deal with him, I would insist on an escrow despite the small amount though. Like I have said many times, personally, accounts like his are not worth anything to me.

With many past experiences, people requesting for a quick loan without any actual way of stating when and how to repay, usually will not pay back, hence, you are now in a pretty nice "investor based game" so to speak. Cheers
