Maybe you can try localbitcoin.com. You should be able to find some sellers in Germany. You can also post a buy request.

I don't know about bitcoin.de or if coinbase support Germany bank, you should check it. But I think using localbitcoin is the best approach, you can find a trusted seller from Germany and do direct bank transfer.

You could find a Bitcoin seller in Germany to buy coins directly from via Localbitcoins and thus avoid using a middle man like an exchange. If you can't find anyone I recommend checking out the Bitstamp website. They are based in Europe so they are offering services to German customers as well.

Bitcoin.de is a legit service. Last time I have checked the coinbase service wasn't available in Germany.
I recommend Kraken.com, it's a great exchange with big BTC/€ volume.

Localbitcoin is a good site to look for bitcoin user to find someone close to him to buy bitcoin if you are having a hard time looking for an online one.
The great about localbitcoin is that you can buy it with a real person in real time.

Just use any bitcoin exchange in Europe and use a SEPA transfer to get the funds to the exchange.

Don't use localbitcoins in Germany.

Bitcoin.de works with Fidor bank I think so you can buy near instantly from your bank account. It's been around a good while and no bank's gonna touch them if they're not A1.

coinbase.com supports bank accounts in Germany since Germans spend euros anyway.

Regarding people saying Kraken - caution! Though they are great for most Europeans, they have restrictions on German customers.

See the following:

Quote
To open a basic account and start trading, we only require your full name, date of birth, address and phone number. A more advanced account (for higher account funding limits and in some areas required for bank funding) additionally requires a government issued ID and proof of residence. In some countries we require SSN (US only) or ID confirmation (Germany or Japan).

I think it's because of higher instances of fraud involving german banks.

Once you are verified of course it's easy - just make a SEPA transfer to Kraken and then buy your BTC.

Right now several exchange websites were found. If you were not in trading with those sites try with misterbtc.com. I believe this site has service for Germany.
